Cancellation Policy: I understand that unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% missed-appointment fee. After two last minute cancellations 100% of missed service will be charged. After three last minute cancellations any appointments scheduled in advance will be cancelled and you will only be allowed to book same day appointments until further notice. All deposits are non refundable.

 

No Show/no call Policy: No show/no call appointments will result in a fee of your full service amount. After 2 no show/no call missed appointments, you will not be able to book an appointment in advance unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.
